Can I get a refund on my ticket?

Our Ticket Refunds Policy is as follows:

As a charity run by part time staff and volunteers, the time and resource involved in refunding and/or re-allocating ticket sales is prohibitive. For this reason, we regret we are unable to offer refunds for tickets bought but no longer required unless the following circumstances apply:

(a) an Event is cancelled;

(b) an Event is moved to another date and you decide not to retain your Booking for the rescheduled Event; or

(c) details of an Event are significantly changed after an order is placed (significant changes being a change of headline act or venue)

If you are unable to attend the event you are free to sell on your tickets to another party, however we are not able to organise this for you.

Seating/date changes

Please note – having bought your tickets, if you wish to change your seat allocation or performance date/time (where a production has more than 1 performance),  there is an administration charge of £1.50 per seat up to a maximum of £5 per transaction.  Please note – these changes are subject to availability and with the agreement of the individual promoter.  Please consult Box office for more information.
