As at Tuesday 17th March, we have taken the decision to close the building to all Users with immediate effect until further notice.

Given the current Covid19 situation and the Government directive to close venues like Howden Shire Hall, the Box Office will be closed until further notice.
We are currently working through the process of issuing full ticket refunds to customers. These will be processed as follows:
Refunds will be automatically issued to the card used but may take a few days to show on your account.
Card payments in person at the Box Office
Where possible we will call customers to process these refunds over the phone. If you don’t hear from us, please email us at email@example.com with your order details and telephone number and we will endeavour to call you back.
Sadly, it will not be possible to process cash refunds in person whilst the box office is closed. If you bought your ticket in person and paid cash, our preference would be to refund you via BACs transfer. If you would like this, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your bank name, account number and sort code along with the order number and we'll process your refund as soon as possible.
If this is not possible for you, there may an option to call you and refund the amount on to a card, in which case please email email@example.com with your name, order number and telephone number and we will call you to arrange this.
In all cases, please bear with us - the administrative task to process these refunds is manual and time consuming. We'll be processing them all this week and in date order according to the show booked.
