The Hall is now fully open we have classes,a cafe and a market, panto more bands and acts than you can shake a stick at! So come on down and have a look at what the Hall as to offer, you won't be disappointed!

The Shire Hall is a multi-functional building used for community hires such as parties, wedding receptions and fund-raising events. It is also used as an arts centre with live music, theatre, comedy and cinema.


Badness are a multi award winning band being voted the best tribute to Madness and Ska music at the UK National Tribute Awards from 2013 to 2018, transporting you back to the Ska & Two-Tone explosion of the late 1970’s and early 1980’s. Their fully ‘live’ performance encapsulates the sounds of Madness, The Specials, Bad Manners and more with classic tunes such as Baggy Trousers, Our House, House of Fun, Ghost Town and My Girl Lollipop to name but a few.

The show is performed in their own unique style incorporating crowd interaction and always encouraging audiences to join in. All this along with a large comedy element throughout the show they will guarantee you’ll be laughing and singing all night long!
